Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Demo period

New accounts on the free plan get a demo period (currently 10 days, shown in Settings). It costs nothing, needs no card, and may be extended by us on request. When it ends, paper tools stop until you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the Platform at the time you buy; changes apply from the next renewal. [Online billing is not yet enabled; until it is, plans are arranged directly with us and this section will be updated.]

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period already paid. Bots are halted and broker connections removed when access ends.

4. Refunds

• Within 14 days of a first purchase, if you have not enabled live trading: full refund on request.
• Otherwise fees are non-refundable, except where the law where you live requires a refund, or where the Platform was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault — then we refund or credit pro rata.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. What refunds never cover

Trading losses, broker fees, market-data grants, or dissatisfaction with a strategy's results. The Platform is a tool; outcomes in your brokerage account are yours.
