Acceptable Use, Trading Conduct & Security Policy

1. Lawful Use

Use Greeks Vault only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, broker terms, exchange rules, market-data licenses, and third-party agreements.

2. Prohibited Trading Conduct

You may not use the Platform to commit, assist, facilitate or attempt fraud, theft, market manipulation, spoofing, layering, wash trading, matched orders, unauthorized insider trading, unauthorized front-running, evasion of sanctions, or other unlawful conduct.

You may not use automation to intentionally overwhelm a broker, exchange, API, data feed or other system, or to bypass order-rate, risk or access controls.

3. Account and Credential Misuse

No impersonation, account takeover, credential sharing, use of another person’s credentials without broker-verified authority, creation of fraudulent identities, or unauthorized access to another account.

You may not disclose your Greeks Vault credentials, API secrets or broker tokens to another person except through an authorized broker or integration flow expressly designed for that purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Misuse

No unauthorized copying, resale, sublicensing, framing, mirroring, scraping, reverse engineering, extraction, translation, derivative works, or use of Greeks Vault materials to build a competing product.

5. Security and Availability

No malware, ransomware, denial-of-service, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, load testing, credential stuffing, or other security testing without Greeks Vault’s prior written authorization. Do not interfere with Platform availability or other users.

6. Market Data and Third-Party Services

No redistribution or resale of market data except as expressly authorized. Do not use third-party services in a manner that breaches their terms or causes Greeks Vault to violate a provider agreement.

7. User Content

Do not upload content that you do not have rights to use, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing.

8. Managed / Advisory Use

Do not use Greeks Vault to provide individualized investment advice, managed-account services, or one-on-one trading operation to third parties through shared credentials or other unauthorized access.

9. Enforcement

Greeks Vault may investigate, remove, suspend, disable, disconnect integrations, preserve evidence, or report suspected illegal activity when reasonably necessary.

10. No Circumvention

Do not circumvent Platform safety controls, API limits, broker restrictions, market-data entitlements, geoblocks, authentication, or other access controls.

11. Compliance Evidence

Greeks Vault may request reasonable evidence of account ownership, broker authorization, professional/non-professional status, or lawful use. Failure to provide evidence may result in suspension or loss of the affected feature.

12. Remedies

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund, disconnection of broker integrations, removal of content, and pursuit of contractual or legal remedies available to Greeks Vault.
