Subscription, Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans and Prices

Plans, features, limits and prices are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Greeks Vault may change plans or prices prospectively with notice where required.

2. Express Informed Consent

Before collecting billing information for a recurring subscription, the checkout flow should clearly disclose the material terms, including price, billing interval, renewal, trial conversion if any, and cancellation method. The subscription process must capture affirmative consent to the recurring charge.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. The renewal price may be the then-current price for the selected plan, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

4. Trials and Promotions

Trial length, conversion date, pricing after the trial, eligibility and promotional conditions will be disclosed at signup. Promotional codes and credits may have additional terms.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel through the account billing controls or another method required by applicable law. Cancellation should be at least as easy as enrollment for recurring subscriptions. Unless a refund is required, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not reverse charges already incurred.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the plan offer, checkout terms and this Policy. Unless expressly promised, trading losses, broker charges, exchange fees, market-data charges and losses caused by trading activity are not subscription refunds.

7. Price Changes

For existing recurring subscribers, Greeks Vault will provide any advance notice required by law or the applicable contract before a price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance only where legally permitted and where no separate affirmative consent is required.

8. Failed Payments

Greeks Vault may retry payment, request an updated payment method, limit paid features, or suspend access. If live trading is active, Greeks Vault may disable new order generation or other paid functionality while avoiding unnecessary interference with already-open positions, to the extent operationally feasible.

9. Taxes

Applicable sales, use, excise, telecommunications, VAT, GST or similar taxes may be added when required. Tax treatment may vary by location and customer status.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized payment activity may result in suspension or termination. A billing dispute should be submitted to support@greeksvault.com and, where applicable, the payment provider.

11. Corporate / Enterprise / Reseller Plans

Enterprise, reseller, white-label, OEM, API, multi-user or commercial distribution rights are not granted by ordinary subscriptions and require a separate written agreement.

12. Changes to Payment Providers

Greeks Vault may change payment processors or billing vendors. Your payment information will be handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and payment-provider terms.
