Affiliate & Referral Program Terms and Disclosure

1. Program Status

The Greeks Vault Affiliate & Referral Program is optional and governed by this Policy plus any program-specific enrollment terms. Enrollment does not create employment, partnership, agency or joint venture.

2. Eligibility

Greeks Vault may approve, reject, suspend or terminate affiliates at its discretion. Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and disclosure laws.

3. Intellectual Property

Affiliate receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved Greeks Vault logos, trademarks, links and marketing materials solely to promote the program. No ownership is transferred. Affiliates may not register confusingly similar domains or marks or create misleading pages suggesting they own or operate Greeks Vault.

4. No Resale Without Authorization

Affiliate participation does not grant rights to resell subscriptions, white-label the Platform, sublicense software, or provide account-operation services. Separate reseller terms are required.

5. Marketing Rules

No deceptive, misleading, false, unsubstantiated or materially incomplete claims about performance, risk, profits, product capabilities, broker relationships or regulatory status. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when required.

6. Prohibited Promotion

No spam, purchased lists, unauthorized paid-search bidding on protected trademarks, fake reviews, impersonation, cookie stuffing, adware, malware, or other abusive traffic practices.

7. Commissions

Commission rates, attribution windows, payout timing, reversals and payment thresholds are controlled by the current program schedule. Greeks Vault may reverse commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks or fraudulent activity.

8. Termination

Greeks Vault may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship for breach, abuse, legal risk, or program changes. Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using Greeks Vault branding and promotional materials.

9. Liability

Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing conduct and indemnify Greeks Vault to the extent provided by the applicable program terms and law.
