AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, stale, inconsistent or unsuitable outputs. A fluent explanation does not mean the output is correct.
Unless a separate, clearly identified feature states otherwise and has been legally reviewed, users must review, approve and remain responsible for AI-generated strategies, parameters and trading instructions before live use. AI output should not be treated as individualized investment, legal or tax advice.
Where AI-generated content can lead to live orders, Greeks Vault should present a distinct confirmation step, show the material strategy/order parameters, and provide kill-switch and monitoring controls consistent with the product design.
Third-party AI providers may process prompts or content only as permitted by contract and the Privacy Policy. Greeks Vault will not intentionally send brokerage credentials or authentication secrets to a general-purpose AI model unless a separate security-reviewed integration expressly requires it and provides appropriate safeguards.
AI models and providers may change over time and results can vary by model version or configuration. Greeks Vault may restrict AI features for regulated or high-risk use cases.
| Applies when Greeks Vault enables AI or machine-learning features that generate, modify, rank, explain or assist with strategies, orders or trading-related content. |
