Automated Trading & Bot Authorization Agreement

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs use of live automated trading, bots, scheduled strategies, signals, rules and order-routing functions capable of transmitting user-authorized instructions to a connected brokerage account.

2. User Control and Responsibility

You select or confirm instruments, symbols, strategy logic, position sizing, order types, timing, trading windows, limits, entries, exits and other parameters. You must review the configuration before activation and remain responsible for subsequent changes.

3. Technical Authorization Only

You grant Greeks Vault a limited, revocable technical authorization to transmit your authorized instructions using the scopes and APIs actually granted. This is not a discretionary trading mandate and does not transfer ownership or custody of your assets.

4. No Guaranteed Execution

Orders may be delayed, rejected, canceled, partially filled, duplicated, repriced, or never executed due to market conditions, broker rules, exchange controls, APIs, connectivity, latency, data quality, authentication, limits, configuration or other factors.

5. User Monitoring and Kill Switch

You are responsible for monitoring your brokerage account and knowing how to disable the bot at Greeks Vault and, when necessary, directly at the broker. Greeks Vault may suspend or disconnect automation for security, legal, broker, exchange, data-license or operational reasons.

6. Duplicate and Unintended Orders

Signals or events may be delivered more than once. Retry behavior and uncertain API responses can create duplicate orders. You should use idempotency, duplicate-prevention, order-state verification, position checks and other safeguards where supported.

7. Options and Futures Risks

Options may be assigned, exercised or expire; legs may fill at different prices; short and leveraged positions can produce rapid losses. Futures and commodity interests involve leverage, margin, mark-to-market, maintenance margin, contract expiration, rollover and potential forced liquidation.

8. Corporate Actions and Symbol Changes

Corporate actions, splits, mergers, ticker changes, contract changes, expirations, rolls, halts and broker symbol mappings can cause strategies to behave differently from expectations. Greeks Vault does not guarantee continuity of symbol mappings or strategy behavior through such events.

9. Third-Party Signals and Inputs

If you connect external alerts, webhooks, APIs or signals, you are responsible for that provider’s content, permissions, accuracy and terms. Greeks Vault may act on those inputs according to the configuration you authorize.

10. No Investment Advice

Greeks Vault’s automation functionality is a software tool. It is not a recommendation that you should enter or exit a particular position. Standardized templates and AI-generated suggestions are not individualized investment advice.

11. Live Trading Acknowledgement

By enabling live trading, you acknowledge that automated orders may be transmitted without a manual click for each order; you can lose money rapidly; broker and exchange controls can override your strategy; and Greeks Vault is not your broker, custodian, clearing firm, or investment adviser.

12. Survival

The user obligations, risk acknowledgements, liability limitations and indemnity provisions of the Master Terms survive termination to the extent applicable.
