Broker Connectivity & Trading Authorization Agreement

1. Scope

This Agreement governs the connection between your Greeks Vault account and selected third-party brokerage accounts, including currently supported IBKR and Charles Schwab integrations and future brokers.

2. Account Ownership and Authority

You represent that you own or are expressly authorized by the broker to access the connected account. You may not use another person’s broker credentials or API keys unless the broker has formally granted you the right to use unique credentials for that relationship.

3. Authentication

Use the official OAuth, API, gateway or other authentication method provided or authorized for the integration. Greeks Vault will not require you to bypass broker security controls.

4. Permitted Scopes

Depending on the broker and feature, Greeks Vault may access balances, positions, orders, executions, account identifiers, instrument details and other account information, and may transmit trade instructions. Actual permissions are limited to the scopes displayed and granted during the broker connection process.

5. Excluded Account Powers

Unless separately and lawfully authorized in writing, Greeks Vault will not initiate withdrawals, cash transfers, beneficiary changes, bank-instruction changes, address changes, or other non-trading account maintenance.

6. Broker Terms and Provider Requirements

Your broker’s customer agreement, API agreement, privacy policy, market-data terms and account rules remain applicable. Greeks Vault may require additional consents or suspend an integration if the broker changes requirements or revokes access.

7. Manual and Automated Orders

Greeks Vault may transmit manually initiated or automated user-authorized instructions. Greeks Vault does not guarantee broker acceptance or execution and does not control the broker’s order-handling systems.

8. Risk and Outages

Connection failures, authentication failures, stale data, API changes, broker outages, rate limits, exchange halts, market events and other conditions may prevent or alter order transmission or account information. Monitor the broker directly.

9. Disconnection and Revocation

You may disconnect a broker through available Platform controls and should revoke the authorization through the broker where the broker provides that capability. Greeks Vault may revoke or disable access for security, compliance, provider or operational reasons.

10. Current Broker Schedules

Broker-specific terms for current integrations are provided through the IBKR Schedule and Charles Schwab Schedule. Future integrations may have additional schedules.

11. No Broker Relationship

Connecting a broker through Greeks Vault does not make Greeks Vault a broker, agent of the broker, custodian, clearing firm or counterparty to your securities or futures transactions.
