Charles Schwab Connection Schedule & Addendum

1. Scope and Current Integration

This Schedule applies only to the Greeks Vault integration with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”) and supplements the Master Terms and Broker Connectivity Agreement.

2. Authorized Access Method

Greeks Vault will use the official connection method made available or approved by Schwab for third-party applications. User must not use unsupported browser automation, credential scraping, or other methods that breach Schwab’s online-services terms.

3. Informed User Authorization

You authorize the access scopes presented in Schwab’s authorization flow and/or the Greeks Vault connection flow. Schwab may change, suspend or cancel that authorization subject to Schwab’s terms.

4. Account Information and Trading

Depending on the approved scopes, Greeks Vault may access account information and transmit user-authorized orders. Schwab remains solely responsible for brokerage account services, order execution, custody, clearing, settlement and broker-level risk controls.

5. Provider Terms and Restrictions

Schwab’s online-services terms, privacy terms, API or developer terms, and any specific third-party-access requirements continue to apply. Greeks Vault may disable or modify the integration if Schwab changes its requirements.

6. No Endorsement

Use of the Schwab name or logo identifies technical compatibility only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or agency unless separately confirmed by Schwab in writing.
