Interactive Brokers (IBKR) Connection Schedule & Addendum

1. Scope and Current Integration

This Schedule applies only to the Greeks Vault integration with Interactive Brokers LLC (“IBKR”) and supplements the Master Terms and Broker Connectivity Agreement.

2. Third-Party Integration Approval

Greeks Vault will operate the IBKR connection only through the API method and authorization pathway approved or made available for third-party applications. IBKR’s current third-party documentation describes enhanced review for third parties offering trading or automated trading functionality and states that significant changes to an approved offering may require additional review.

3. User Authorization

You authorize Greeks Vault to access the account scopes you approve and, where enabled, transmit orders to your IBKR account. Your IBKR account agreement and IBKR API terms remain independently binding.

4. Automated Trading

IBKR may require its own automation/activity disclosures, certifications or account restrictions. You must complete any IBKR-required disclosure or certification and keep it accurate.

5. Product and Geography Restrictions

Available instruments, markets, account types and automation capabilities may differ by jurisdiction or account. Greeks Vault may disable a feature if IBKR or applicable law requires it.

6. Fees and Connectivity

Any IBKR fees, commissions, market-data fees or account charges are between you and IBKR unless expressly stated by Greeks Vault.

7. No Endorsement

Use of the IBKR name or logo identifies technical compatibility only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or agency unless separately confirmed by IBKR in writing.
