4. Notices and Contact

DMCA notices may be directed to support@greeksvault.com with the subject “DMCA Copyright Notice,” subject to the designated-agent filing and publication requirements.

5. Counter-Notification

A valid counter-notification must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement that removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, contact information, consent to the appropriate federal district court jurisdiction, and signature.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Greeks Vault may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or disable content where required or permitted by law.

7. Misrepresentations

A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages under applicable law. Greeks Vault may retain records of notices, counter-notices and related communications for compliance and dispute purposes.
