Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

1. Consent

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, invoices, account alerts, security notices and other communications electronically from Elysium Capital LLC D-B-A Greeks Vault.

2. Electronic Signatures

Electronic signatures, checkboxes, click-to-accept actions, authentication events and similar electronic records may be used to evidence acceptance where legally permitted. Federal law generally recognizes electronic signatures and records in interstate commerce, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions.

3. Hardware and Software

• A device capable of accessing the internet.
• A current web browser that supports HTML and secure connections.
• A method for viewing and storing electronic documents, such as PDF or Word-compatible software.
• An email address that is current and able to receive communications.

4. Paper Copies and Withdrawal

You may request paper copies of contractual or regulatory documents where required by applicable law. You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by contacting support@greeksvault.com, but withdrawal may result in suspension or termination of services that cannot be provided without electronic records, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Records

Greeks Vault may retain evidence of electronic acceptance, including the version of the document, time/date, account identity, acceptance method, and related audit metadata.

Acceptance / Signature

By signing below or by electronically accepting this document through the Greeks Vault platform, the parties acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by this document to the extent applicable.
