• High leverage can magnify gains and losses.
• Margin requirements can change rapidly.
• Positions can be liquidated without user approval under broker or clearing rules.
• Daily settlement can require additional funds or create cash flows that differ from expected profit/loss timing.
• Contracts have specific specifications, expirations, settlement methods and trading hours.
• Rolls can create price gaps or execution costs.

2. Commodity Risks

• Energy, metals, agricultural and other commodities may move in response to supply/demand changes, weather, geopolitics, inventory, transportation and seasonality.
• Limit moves or exchange halts can restrict the ability to enter or exit a position.

3. Regulatory Boundary

Greeks Vault does not intend, by this disclosure, to provide commodity trading advice tailored to a particular user. Product features involving futures or commodity interests should be operated consistently with Greeks Vault's regulatory product-boundary memo and any required registrations or exemptions.

4. User Acknowledgement

By enabling futures or commodity-interest automation, User confirms understanding of leverage, margin, liquidation, expiration and settlement risks and accepts responsibility for verifying contract specifications with the broker and exchange.
