Intellectual Property, Copyright, Proprietary Rights & User Content Policy

1. Ownership of Greeks Vault Intellectual Property

Elysium Capital LLC and its licensors own and retain all right, title and interest in and to the Greeks Vault Platform and all Company Materials, including software source and object code, APIs, architecture, databases, interfaces, workflows, UI/UX, documentation, help content, models, algorithms, trading logic, templates, indicators, analytics methodologies, data structures, compilations, domain names, trade names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade secrets, know-how, inventions, patents, copyrights, and all improvements, updates, modifications, derivative works and other intellectual-property rights relating to them.

2. Copyright

Greeks Vault content and software are protected by United States and other applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, performance, modification, adaptation, extraction, republication or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

You may view, use and, where the Platform expressly permits, download or print materials solely for your authorized use. You may not remove copyright notices, digital rights information, logos or other proprietary markings.

Nothing in a subscription, download, screenshot, API response, export, backtest result, report or other use transfers copyright ownership in Greeks Vault materials.

3. Trademarks and Branding

“Greeks Vault,” the Greeks Vault logo, Elysium Capital LLC, related product names and other marks are trademarks, service marks or trade names owned by or licensed to Elysium Capital LLC or its licensors. You may not register, use or create a confusingly similar domain name, company name, social-media handle, application name or trademark, or use our marks to imply sponsorship or endorsement, without written permission.

4. User Content and User-Owned Strategy IP

As between User and Greeks Vault, User retains ownership of original User Content that User creates or uploads, including private strategies, configurations, scripts, prompts, notes, rule sets and other original materials, except for third-party materials and Company Materials embedded in or used with that content.

Your ownership does not give you ownership of Greeks Vault software, templates, algorithms, data feeds, analytics methodology or other Company Materials incorporated into or used to operate your User Content.

5. License from User to Greeks Vault

You grant Greeks Vault a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, execute, display, process, back up, secure, troubleshoot and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, operate the Platform, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain backups, and create aggregate/de-identified analytics that do not reasonably identify you or reveal private proprietary strategy content.

Greeks Vault does not obtain a blanket right to sell or publish your private strategy merely because you use the Platform. Public sharing, marketplace publication or strategy monetization requires an express feature action and additional terms.

6. Public, Shared and Marketplace Content

When a feature permits you to publish, share or list a strategy or other content, you authorize Greeks Vault to display and distribute that specific content to the audience you selected. The applicable feature terms may grant Greeks Vault additional rights necessary to operate the feature, including the right to cache, moderate, rank, display, format, translate or distribute the content.

No public or marketplace rights are granted to Greeks Vault over private content by default. If you later elect to participate in a strategy marketplace, any sale, licensing, revenue share, attribution, refunds, removals and usage rights will be governed by a separate Marketplace/Strategy Licensing agreement.

7. Prohibited Reuse, Resale and Competitive Use

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, publish, white-label, host, time-share, service-bureau, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or Company Materials.

You may not use Platform materials, documentation, screenshots, APIs, outputs, metadata, or other content to build, train, benchmark, test, market or operate a competing product or service, or to reproduce substantially similar functionality or presentation through unauthorized means.

You may not scrape, harvest, mine, mirror or systematically copy Company Materials or another user’s content. You may not use an automated agent to access or extract Platform content except through a documented interface expressly authorized by Greeks Vault.

8. Strategy Templates and Company-Provided Components

Greeks Vault may provide standardized templates, indicators, bots, examples, prompts, rules, strategy components or other reusable building blocks (“Company Strategy Components”). These remain Company Materials or licensed third-party materials.

You receive only the right to use Company Strategy Components as part of the Platform. You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, publish, extract, reverse engineer or offer them as a standalone or competing product. Your original modifications may remain your User Content to the extent separately protectable, but no ownership of the underlying Company Strategy Components is transferred.

9. Feedback and Improvements

Any suggestions, ideas, recommendations, bug reports, feature requests, workflows or other feedback you provide about the Platform (“Feedback”) may be used by Greeks Vault without restriction and without compensation to you. To the extent necessary, you assign to Greeks Vault all rights you may have in Feedback that are transferable, and you waive claims that would prevent such use, subject to applicable law.

Feedback does not include a private strategy merely because you explain a bug or request a feature. Greeks Vault may continue independently developing similar ideas using its own personnel, contractors or other sources.

10. Third-Party Rights and User Representations

You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights, licenses and permissions to submit, store, execute, publish or otherwise use your User Content and that doing so will not infringe or misappropriate copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.

You are responsible for obtaining any third-party licenses required for scripts, indicators, code libraries, data, images, music, text or other materials you place into the Platform.

11. Enforcement and Remedies

Greeks Vault may suspend, remove or disable content or access that it reasonably believes violates this Policy, the Agreement, third-party rights, or applicable law.

Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, scraping or disclosure may cause irreparable harm. Greeks Vault may seek injunctive relief, specific performance, statutory or actual damages, attorneys’ fees, and other remedies available under applicable law.

12. Copyright / DMCA

Greeks Vault maintains a copyright notice-and-takedown process. Copyright complaints should be submitted under the DMCA Copyright Policy at /legal/dmca. The DMCA safe harbor framework applies only if the statutory conditions are met; this Policy does not guarantee safe-harbor protection.

13. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to User are reserved by Elysium Capital LLC and its licensors. No implied license is created by silence, course of dealing, access to the Platform, or payment of subscription fees.
