2. How to Submit a Request

Send a request to support@greeksvault.com with the subject line "Texas Privacy Request." Include the name and email associated with the account and the nature of the request. Greeks Vault may request additional information reasonably necessary to authenticate the request.

3. Response and Appeals

Greeks Vault will process requests within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request where an appeal process is required, the response will explain how to appeal. If an appeal remains unresolved where applicable law provides a regulatory complaint mechanism, the response will identify the available procedure.
