Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and Green Bucks, Frisco, Texas, USA ("Greeks Vault", "we") for the Greeks Vault website, dashboard, bots, builder, backtester, simulator and any related software (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

1. What the Platform is — and is not

• The Platform is software: tools you configure to build, test, monitor and, where you connect your own brokerage account, submit option orders that you have defined.
• We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, financial planner or exchange, and we are not registered as any of those with any regulator.
• Nothing on the Platform — including regime labels, scores, "chance of profit", backtests, tips, news headlines or the behaviour of any bot — is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation, or advice tailored to you. It is information and tooling. Decisions are yours.
• We hold no discretion over your account. Every rule a bot follows is one you configured or explicitly enabled; you can halt it at any time.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to trade options in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
• One person per account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised. Two-factor sign-in is available and recommended.
• Before any brokerage account can be connected you complete a short profile and options-knowledge check. It exists to make sure you understand the instruments; it is not a suitability determination by us.

3. Brokerage connections and orders

• Any order the Platform submits goes to your brokerage account under your credentials or authorisation, and your broker independently accepts, rejects, fills or partially fills it. We do not hold your money or securities.
• You must confirm with your broker what was actually executed. The Platform reports what it was told; the broker's records govern.
• Connections can fail, lag, time out or be revoked by the broker. When that happens an open position may not be closed when the Platform intended. You accept this risk and keep an independent way to manage your positions.
• The Broker Connection Agreement has the details and forms part of these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the Platform only for your own trading and analysis. No reselling, sharing logins, scraping, automated harvesting, or AI-agent access without our written permission.
• Do not interfere with the Platform, other users' data or our data suppliers, and do not attempt to reach anything your account is not entitled to.
• Comply with your broker's terms and with the laws that apply to you, including tax.

5. Plans, demos and payment

Plans, demo periods and prices are shown in the Platform. Demo access is time-limited and may be ended or extended by us. Paid plans renew as stated at purchase; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change plans or prices with notice; the change applies from your next renewal.

6. Data and content

• Market data and the historical archive are licensed to us and to you only for use inside the Platform. See the Market Data Terms.
• Strategies, bots and drafts you create are yours. You give us the licence needed to store, run and display them for you and to keep the Platform working.
• The Platform, its code, design and text are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from it.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any strategy, backtest, score or bot will be profitable or avoid loss.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, broker actions, data errors, outages, or indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
• You will indemnify us against claims arising from your trading, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach, for risk to the Platform or other users, on a broker's or regulator's request, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practicable. Open bots are halted on termination; you remain responsible for positions in your brokerage account.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is dated; where acceptance is required the Platform will ask you to accept the new version before continuing. Continued use after notice of a change is acceptance of it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved by the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, on an individual basis; class or representative actions are waived to the extent permitted.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable the rest stays in force. We may assign these Terms to a successor; you may not assign them. Notices to you go to the e-mail on your account. Contact: support@greeksvault.com.
