Third-Party Services, Broker, Exchange & Integration Disclaimer

1. Third-Party Providers

Greeks Vault relies on brokers, exchanges, clearing firms, market-data providers, payment processors, hosting/cloud providers, analytics vendors, communications vendors, authentication providers and other third parties.

2. No Endorsement or Agency

Listing a broker, exchange, vendor, product or trademark indicates compatibility or supported functionality only and does not create endorsement, sponsorship, agency, partnership, fiduciary duty or joint venture unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

3. Broker Relationships

Your brokerage account is maintained by your broker. The broker controls eligibility, account permissions, order acceptance, execution, clearing, settlement, margin, custody, corporate actions and broker-level risk controls.

4. Authorized Access

Greeks Vault will use only the access method made available or approved for a supported integration. Users must not bypass official authentication or use browser automation, credential scraping or other unsupported access methods.

5. Third-Party Terms Control

Broker agreements, API terms, exchange rules, market-data licenses and other provider terms govern the applicable third-party service. If a provider requires additional consent or prohibits a feature, Greeks Vault may limit, suspend or discontinue the feature.

6. Integrations and API Changes

Third parties may change APIs, authentication, pricing, data schemas, supported instruments, permissions, rate limits or features without notice. Greeks Vault is not responsible for provider changes outside its reasonable control.

7. External Links and Content

Links to third-party websites or resources are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Greeks Vault is not responsible for external sites or their content, security, accuracy, or privacy practices.

8. Open-Source and Third-Party Software

The Platform may include or interoperate with open-source or third-party software subject to separate licenses. Those licenses may apply directly to the relevant component. Greeks Vault does not transfer ownership of third-party software to you.

9. Provider Claims and Disputes

Any claim concerning a third-party service should also be addressed to the provider. Where a third party is responsible for an account, execution, data feed or other service, Greeks Vault does not assume that provider’s contractual or regulatory obligations.
